And we're off! NaPoWriMo has a warm-up prompt and already I'm doing it wrong. I glanced at it earlier, then went off to a zoom reading with John Lent and Tom Wayman, and all I remembered was that the prompt had something to do with art. I see now it suggesting going to the online galleries of the New York  Metropolitan Museum of Art. 

I just looked up, saw this, and wrote a poem for my friend bill bissett whose painting it is.
