POETRY MONTH DAY # 9 — A CONCRETE PLEA/ I MEAN POEM

Only during a pandemic would I find myself spending this much time on such a thing, today's thing being to create a concrete poem. Which this is and isn't, although when I think of some of the examples I've seen, I think I'll let it go.

NaPoWriMo Day 9 tells me poets have been at this since the 1600s. They had plagues then too; I suspect that's how this got started! Here's mine, brought to you by every poet everywhere:
