TWOTOTWOTOOTWOTOTWO

§

Today, NaPoWriMo wants us to double down: "...write a poem that incorporates the idea of doubles. You could incorporate doubling into the form, for example, by writing a poem in couplets. Or you could make doubles the theme of the poem, by writing, for example, about mirrors or twins, or simply things that come in pairs. Or you could double your doublings by incorporating things-that-come-in-twos into both your subject and form."

When my son was little and we were being silly together we used to sing, "To Two Too Tomatoes" in an English accent.
Or maybe it was, "Two Two Two Tomatoes". Or...who knows?

                           TwoToTwoTooTwoToTwo

Two roads diverged                               To be or not to be

To err is human                                      To tell the truth divine

Two to tango                                          To market, to market

Too many cooks                                     Too little too late
